Customer Service and Warranty

When you buy an ES Rowing Services boat, you automatically receive priority service for boat repairs and can rest assured that you will receive an after sales service second to none.

Every new ES Rowing Services boat comes with a one year manufacturers warranty. All new riggers are covered by a three year manufacturers warranty.

Boat Repairs

ES Rowing Services also repairs other makes of composite boats and handles most repairs eg broken shoulders, broken bows, general refurbishment and most hull damage. We are the preferred repairer for most Insurers in the UK.

All resprays are carried out on the premises and riggers and fittings are available from our spares department.

Care is taken to retain stiffness of the shell without adding to the overall weight therefore retaining the boats' competitiveness.

Insurance quotes are priced at £100 plus VAT (which is refunded if the work is undertaken).

Repair Collection/ Delivery

ES Rowing Services offer a regular repair collection and delivery service around the UK. We operate the service to the London Tideway clubs on a weekly basis, and approximately every 6 weeks to the North of England and Ireland. We also collect boats from Dorney Lake. There is a charge for this service. Please phone the office for details.

From 30th March Eric Sims will be travelling to the Midlands, North of England, Scotland and Ireland (North and South).
